I have been on a journey to get healthier. I got the dreaded phone call you have high cholesterol and we want to test you for diabetes. I’m a mom so I want to be as healthy as possible for my children and husband. I’ve tried this before but I never had a good enough motivator to keep it up. I think I failed before because I did t have good people to be a support system.

    Friend me !! We are in the same boat . Cholesterol is creeping up , high blood pressure . It all happened so fast . We can do this!!
