Well done everyone, I think I'm going to have Fri and Sat as RED days - my fella has decided to play golf after work today and apparently won't be back until roughly 9pm where he said "I was thinking of treating us when I get back" which will result in take-out Dominos Pizza. So, unless I manage to eat earlier and on my own, that will be RED and his Mum's wedding is tomorrow which means RED in beer calories !!!! It will still mean a successful week for my personal goal though (making sure I am good on Sunday) !! xx0 -

Still all green here, but as my weight seems to have dropped, I upped my calories again. Now I'm trying to stay green on 2450... Shouldn't be too difficult!0

I can see why my weight is like a yo-yo and never budges up or down to far. Gotta get some green in there.0 -
I've not had time to log this week, we've had family over. I've had some treats but we've been out and about doing lots of walking and on the whole I've eaten healthily so Green days, except yesterday when I went out for tapas and drinks which was definately red!!

How are you all finding it so far? Are your green/reds being reflected on the scale? I seem to be on a plateau despite the greens!
I'm seeing clean green = weight loss, but it has to be not to far from my BMR calorie allowance. Water always helps.0 -

Doing this challenge has made me treat my maintenance calories totally differently. Instead of a target I find hard to keep, I've set a ceiling I don't feel I have to reach. It's released some of the tension, at least for now.
