I've been eating awful and now I feel awful.
Starting over .... hope I recover from this food addiction this time.

    What if you challenge those beliefs, that eating is a moral issue, and that food addiction is a thing?

    I eat when I am depressed, so I am trying to find a new activity when I am down. Maybe a change in habit would help change the addiction? Just a thought.
