I only tried spin once, and my feet were in agony, so don't think I'd be rushing back :-/ The instructor swore by the £13 spin shoes she picked up in Lidl, and actually suggested I wear my hiking boots if I go again.0

I didn't even know there were "Spin Shoes" I just wear thick soled trainers, basically the ones i wear for running!
Keep it up it's a fab workout!0 -
look for a shoe that is comfortable, and has a strong support sole. i'm use my former running shoes, because they are comfortable when i ride my indoor spinner, for my bike I ride with an inexpensive brand called Lake.0

If you're referring to the shoes that clip-in to the spin bike pedals, then I would recommend going to a bike shop. They will have the largest selection and the most informed staff. As a general rule, you can't go wrong with the brands Shimano or Pearl Izumi, and if you're having a problem with the shoes being too narrow then you may want to consider a men's cycling shoe.0

I'd highly suggest Specialized. With their Body Geometry and custom fitting, you almost can't go wrong. You'll pay a decent price for them but then again, you get what you pay for. Good luck.0
