Wow, 22kg so far & only 5 to go....well done, that's a great accomplishment. My goal is to lose 27kgs.......atleast i know it's not unreachable, lol. But seriously, you should be very proud, you look great ( not that you didnt before though). & it's given me that tad bit more inspiration that i think i needed :bigsmile: Thanks for sharing how well you've done.0

Hey guys, I started in January & the photos for the bows were taken in July. I actually didn't go all out hard but I do try to keep my eating good and drink lots of water! Also I think group fitness classes are a great way to work out :-)0
