    LOVEEEE Mondays!
I have all my meals prepped sunday night and I write out my weekly diet and exercise plan.
I have a good bath and cleanse and have fresh bedding on and I wake up always feeling so motivated!

I don't actually meal prep but do plan meals for the week...but everything else here applies completely.
I love the feeling of a fresh new week and being all set to go!

My husband tends to have conference calls on Sunday night, so by the time Monday morning rolls around it is nice to be back to a schedule.

And Monday weigh ins work for me.

Mondays aren't my favorite in the morning, but it improves a whole lot after work. The spin class I go to on Monday afternoon is super fun, so it's not the worst day.

Monday usually means a lot of time spent in meetings which I dislike. I like most any day better.

As a stay at home mom, Monday’s are the day I get to kick my kids onto the school bus and enjoy hours of quiet after a weekend of sibling rivalry, complaints that despite having 2 pantries and 2 refrigerators, we have nothing to eat, my son yelling obscenities at his video game, taxiing them to various social events and my husband up my *kitten* asking “what do you want to do this weekend?” I love Monday’s.

    That sounds tough.
I've always homeschooled and my dh is a teacher now with summers off. It can be harder to get things done with people around wanting things.

It’s really no different than other days, other than the nonstop complaining on FB that it is Monday
