Hello All,

I had successful gastric bypass 5 years ago and lost 100lbs with almost no effort. However bad habits and almost no excersise has resulted in a 30 pound weight gain. No more denying, it's time to get back on track. I went through a lot to get where I am, I cannot turn back now. Who else out there will join me?

Hi there! I had laproscopic RYN in December 2009 and have lost over 150 pounds so far! It was hard at first because of the restrictions of what I could and couldn't eat, it seemed a bit easier as the pounds came off. I exercise a lot and I love it!! The last few weeks I haven't been logging what I eat so I really need to get back into that because I don't want to gain!! I'd love to lose another 20 but I'm trying to be happy where I am now.
    I'll join you!!!

Hello my name is Sherri and I had Gastric Bypass surgery about 5 years ago myself and dropped 120 pds. But had my son and gained almost 40 back and trying to get it back together myself. So I am with you I started back working out and eating right this month of August and trying to get 100 pds off by the first month of summer or at least close to that. which means 12.2 pds a week but I will take as close to that I can get. So I am down with the support and ride to get there for my son to have a health mom and to feel good about myself.
