Traveling first time.... Help

So now have week traveling..
Trying to keep it going!
Just lost 8lbs

What is favorite place to go eat out and order what?

    If you can pack some snacks, that would be smart. Maybe grab some at the store before you leave or when you arrive. Stuff like nuts/seeds, crackers, cheese if you don't have problems with dairy, same with hardboiled eggs. Those tuna packets that don't have water would be great with some lemon. Fruits, carrots, celery, nut butters, rice cakes, turkey or chicken slices.

    Eating out, I prefer sushi, burgers can be sunless and maybe with salad if that's an option. Smoothie places are great (not Jamba juice for me), I like Thai curry with some rice. You can do salads at lots of places and add protein and something like beans or sweet potatoes on the side.

    Take it easy on booze, bread, pasta, & dessert. Those are the biggest calorie bombs for me.

    Get out MFP and bring up names of restaurants in diary entries you may go to. Control and stop at grocery stores too!
