I’d love some advice on how to stay motivated. I lost 30 pounds last year and gained 10 when I got comfortable in my relationship and have no motivation to go to the gym anymore.. my last motivation was to keep gym a focus while getting over my ex. Now that I’m over him and have been so comfortable in my new one it’s been hard to get back to the gym. Help me?
