I'm just getting started on MFP though have sadly been through this weight loss journey before. I lost 100 pounds over 10 yrs ago and kept off for several years but after some life happened gained it back.

Im 35 and don't have kids, so don't always have as much in common with other women my age who do just because our day to day can be so different. I work in tech and love all things nerdy: reading, puzzles, gaming, sci-fi etc. You can typically find me reading, cooking, gaming, travelling, or hanging out with my dog, cat and bf. I've also dealt with depression and anxiety for as long as I can remember and am passionate about mental health and breaking the stigma.

If any of that sounds fun or intriguing to you please send me a friend request and share something nerdy and/or interesting about yourself!

Hi Jacki! Your story sounds familiar... I’m 41, without kids and married with a dog. I’m currently addicted to escape rooms! I have gained and lost over the years and need to loose about 80lbs (220lbs, 5’4”). I live in Southern California. Add me if you would like!

Hi, Jacki! I've lost 103 lbs in 17 months on MFP (another 25 to go to goal). 46, no kids, one cat who deigned to move in with me after years on the streets (I'd been feeding him in the backyard for 4 years and he decided he wanted to have a forever home...).

I'm a comic book fan, a bookworm, and a fanfiction writer (dragonbat on AO3). Add me if you'd like!

You can tell by looking at my picture I am the alpha nerd. I once tried to log my Kindle time as cardio (in my defense it was an action packed novel, I had to use my inhaler twice) feel free to add me.
