Eating healthy doesn't automatically mean you'll lose weight. Are you weighing all the food you eat and logging it?4

A few questions to help us help you:
What are your stats (how tall are you, how much do you weigh, how many calories are you consuming per day, how active are you, what goal did MFP give you...)
Are you measuring (cups, spoons) or weighing (kitchen scale) your food?
How are you choosing the entries in the database? (there's a lot of pretty bad ones that can seriously diminish your deficit)
How are you logging exercise you are able to do?
Could you open your food dairy. It might help us spot logging errors that might account for your trouble.

Weightloss is pretty straightforward - eat less, move more. You can eat less of anything; you don't have to exercise, but you must eat less. Starving yourself to lose weight sounds backwards if your goal is improved health, trying hard to eat healthy sounds like an oxymoron; a good diet is a variety of foods you like, in amounts and proportions that fits your nutritional needs.
So do you need to lose weight? What's your height and weight? Have you set your calorie target to weightloss? Are you logging correctly, using a food scale and genuine database entries? Are you patient enough - do you weigh yourself regularly and see through water weight fluctuations? Or do you guesstimate, cheat, forget, reward or comfort yourself with food?2 -
holy run on sentence batman, Get a food scale and weight everything, you can even weight pizza

I've found having a smaller plate helps....... I've been on MFP for 83 days & lost 23 lbs so far. This is my 3rd attempt & it seems to be working, even if I think I can eat more I can't now so my stomach must be shrinking! I still eat healthy, low fat, low cholesterol & low salt, but I have a variety of foods so don't get bored. My excersise consists of dog walking, cleaning & gardening, even my dog walking has got quicker!! I am retired & live in Yorkshire UK, feel free to add me as a friend. X☺
