I’m transitioning to veganism & also trying to lose weight & build muscle. What should I have my macro percentages set to? Thanks!

Hello, fellow vegan here, well, I am working with 45% cars, 30% fat and 25% protein. I've tried many different combinations but this one seems to work the best, I go to gym and lift hard 3 days a week, the other 2 days I don't lift as hard but more. So far have lost hmm 6 lbs and some inches, but I am working on losing fat, even if slowly while preserving all the muscle mass I can, maybe for you something like 40% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fats would work.

I find I feel and perform best on about 40-60% carbohydrates, 30-40% fat, and 20% protein. It's a wide range because I don't try to hit a specific target daily, I just focus on the rolling week and making sure I get sufficient protein and fat.1
