Need to increase carbs without going over 1200 cals

Hi, since sticking to the 1200 calories a day I’ve noticed I’m always under with my carbs...how do I increase my carbs without going over my 1200 cals though? And how much is too little carbs because if I don’t eat enough I get super cranky! My MFP carb goal is 150g...I’m always under that but I’m only just about managing to stay under the 1200 cals...today I’m 23g under the 150g goal...not even sure if that amount makes any difference. Today I had -
Breakfast; Slice of wholewheat toast with half an avocado, poached egg and cherry tomatoes
Lunch; huge lemon tuna salad with a slice of bread with cream cheese
Dinner; slice of toast with peanut butter, fat free Greek yogurt, strawberries and blueberries...and a banana....
And 3 coffees with a dash of full fat milk, plenty of water.
This sounds like I’ve had plenty of carbs to me...

Carbohydrates are a personal preference.
If you want to increase carbs, you have to decrease either fat or protein.2 -
The only way to do it is to eat less fat and/or protein. However, there is no nutritional reason to hit your carb goal. You need some fiber and the nutrients found in some vegetables in grains.
Given your sample: you might want to consider eating more vegetables. You could have one vegetable and two fruits for dinner and actually have fewer calories. You could use those extra calories to add a vegetable to lunch.1 -
Are you cranky or feeling good? I'd just focus on getting 20-30% protein and let the rest fall wherever it does.2

It doesn't matter how many you eat as long as you stay within your calories. You can change your percentages to whatever you want for your macro split. Just whatever satisfies you.1

I actually feel good today even though I was under but yesterday was pretty bad because I was 32g under... Ok yeah I was just windering what would be considered too low for carbs but guess I just need to focus more on the calories...I tried cutting carbs in the past and it just made me miserable so don’t want to risk going too low now otherwise I won’t stick with it x
