Yesterday was a have your workout day with bootcamp in the morning, and an hour and a half at martial arts in the evening. So between the two I did not eat all the calories I was allowed. Though I did go over made 1200 a day I was given before exercising. Since I had over 500 calories I could eat yesterday and didn't, can I eat part of them today and still be on track for weight loss?

Sure. I look at a rolling 7 day average. Gives me flexibility to move some of my long run days to my watch hockey days.5

I do this quite often. I tend to be less hungry on heavily active days and ravaging the next day, so I'll intentionally roll over some calories.4

Thanks guys! I sometimes feel less hungry on a longer workout day, though I would have been over my 1200 limit without the extras from exercise. Hopefully I will find the groove soon.0

You have to be careful as what your calculation for extra exercise calories could be off, perhaps even way off. So you might not have had as many extra calories yesterday as you thought you did.0
