One more pound and I move from Obese to Overweight on the BMI charts!! I have lost 53+ pounds since January. Been a long time since I've charted that way on a BMI chart!

    That's an awesome feeling! I crossed from Super fat to obese a couple weeks ago on the trend line and loved it.
