When determining whether or not a food is healthy for you, here are some things to think about:

Does it fit in your calorie goals? Does it help you meet your nutritional needs? Is it crowding out anything that you need? Does it contain ingredients that trigger allergies or intolerances for you?

No one food is going to make or break your diet -- you want to look at the overall context of what you're eating and see how it fits.

I looked them up and I would definitely consider them on occasion. They would fit nicely into my goals and I can't see anything negative about consuming them. I actually eat their ultimate fish sticks and may switch to the burgers as the protein content is a little higher. @janejellyroll hit the nail on the head with her response.

They're yummy! Season with lemon pepper and dill. Add avocado, lettuce, tomato, and cheese of choice = delicious!
