As title, heard about the app through a friend, have always been involved in sports, mainly boxing, running & weights, have always trained very hard and tried to eat healthy, but never kept a diary for nutrition ect have had a lazy 12 months regarding my eating habits and training, I'm an all or nothing person and have enjoyed the break but time to get back into it, training has helped me through alot and has kept me focused and on the right path, really looking forward to seeing how my results will differ by using this app and eating clean, combined with weights/split body part routine 3x week, wish everyone else the best on their journey :smile:
