For some time I have avoided scale. Had good days where I logged food and many days I did not. Thought I was mentally counting calories and staying in range HA. Guess I wasn’t Got on scale today and am 5 pounds up. Crazy thing too I finally joined a gym and started taking classes too. 70 years old and have never exercised but I did it. Lifting weights dance and yoga. Felt good but now that I weighed self back to beginning

Five pounds isn't the end of the world
keep up with your physical activity, eat real food, and if you want to lose a bit of weight, you know what to do! The fact that you feel good is excellent.
