Healthy snacks for a long work day

I’m always in search for healthy snacks to have or to bring to work.
What do you recommend for low sugar, low carb healthy treat. That also keeps you full.

What’s your go to work snack?

    I’ve just started making low calorie soups, boiled eggs, and veggie sticks with dip.

    laughing cow cheese wedge and a few pita chips open face sandwich instead of two pieces of bread.

    I always took yogurt to work for a snack.

    i mix fat free, sugar free pudding mix into my greek yogurt and have that with some black berries, it's my preworkout snack so high carb/moderate protein/lower fat

    laughing cow has a 100 cal snack that has a cream cheese dip with some wheat sticks in them
    They are amazing.

    Cashew nuts. I buy them raw, and dry bake them, without salt, at 150 celcius for 20 minutes. Lush!
