Hi
I have been doing my protein world slender blend for 2 months now and have only lost a stone. I am looking to lose another stone in 6 weeks. Can it be down and why has my body slowed down on the weight loss?

are you eating at a deficit? that's the only way you're gonna lose weight.3

You lose weight in a calorie deficit, but your body can let go of no more than 1% of your bodyweight in fat per week on average. What's your current weight?1

You've lost 14 lbs already in two months, that's close to 2lbs a week which is the maximum healthy weight loss per week unless really obese. Adjust your expectations because you are doing just fine. Ask yourself though what happens when you stop the shakes?
In another 6 weeks you could lose around 7 to 10lbs so by your holiday you should be pretty close to your target.

Weight loss is not linear - you could see a whoosh on the scales next week and if you are eating at calorie deficit then it will happen. Be patient as we didn't gain overnight so we can't expect it to go quickly either.1 -

Maybe I am not doing things correct. Will have to see what I can change over next few weeks2
