Hello!

Not completely new, been using MFP since mid-January. Trying to get my 50 yr old self back in shape so I can keep up with my son's Boy Scout hobbies. We'll be hitting some pretty challenging trails over the next few years, don't want to drag behind.
I'd like to get my weight down from 215 to 180, maybe even a bit lower but that's a good start. I've already gotten down to 195 just by using the food and exercise trackers here!

    feel free to add me! I'm not new but I'm starting over. My son is a year old and I'm having a hard time keeping up with him. I previously lost 60 lbs but after having him I never lost the weight, I only gained more. Wanting to get back down. =)
