Hello everyone

Hey everyone so I have tried counting calories and watching what I eat. It always lasted maybe a week or two. BUT now I am a new father to my healthy son of 2 months, and so I want to start living a healthier lifestyle. As with any new parent I don’t have too much time to go to the gym and all that stuff but myself and my wife are setting weight loss goals and doing this together. Feel free to add me as a friend, it’s always a little easier with more support right? Thank you all.

I just had my son a year ago and finding gym time is the hardest so I'm logging also. Will send you an invite now and if your wifes on here feel free to have her add me also.

With a son that age I would recommend walking or running because they can be done right outside your door. When he gets a little bigger you can have him go with you in a jogging stroller. Other than that you can do lots of exercise in the house during naps.

Yourself and your wife and welcome to add me. I'm trying to lose the 36lbs I gained during pregnancy and so far I've managed to lose 9lbs... we could all do with a little support and motivation every now and then...
