I made this one time and it turned out really well! It was sooo good!

-However much cauliflower you want, depending on if it's gonna be a meal or snack.
-1 Tbsp./1 tsp. of pesto (again, depending on how much you make)
-1 clove minced garlic
-Salt and pepper to taste
-Extra virgin olive oil

Put your cauliflower in a saute pan on medium-high heat. Drizzle just a bit of the olive oil over, then toss. Let that cook a bit, until stems just start to get softer. Add the pesto and toss to coat. Add the garlic. Take it off the heat and onto your plate when it's cooked to your liking, salt and pepper to taste, and enjoy! :)

Sounds good. I made a cauliflower puree the other day, and I've been mixing it with squash soup.

sounds fab!! I love pesto! Also heres a quick cauliflower tid bit. Instead of high cal mashed /instant potatoes i steam a "bunch" of fresh cauliflower till its soft add a tblsp of 0 calorie butter and a shake of montreal chicken seasoning and MASH! I made this for my X and he had no idea he was eating cauliflower instead of the seasoned boxed HIGH CAL mashed potatoes he loved!
