Thinking of quitting Weight Watchers and just tracking on MyFitnessPal

Has anyone quit Weight Watchers because their weight loss stalled or was too slow following the points system, and then had success just counting calories on MyFitnessPal? I’m thinking of doing this because on Weight Watchers I’m only losing about 2-3 lbs a month. I have a lot of weight to lose. Thanks!

Weight loss inevitabley slows down as you lose weight, no matter which program, system or plan you follow. You still need to stick to the plan. What is your current weight, and how tall are you?3
