I am 9lbs away from being just over weight instead of obese. Less than 40lbs away from healthy weight and 48lbs away from goal. I am excited and hope I can keep this up. Also, I'm down more than a pants size almost 2 sizes. Size 12 is just a bit too tight but 14 is too big, I was a size 16 when I started.

    @dinazidan87 yep, 20 pounds in 27 days. I started keto, starting walking, eating less and going to the gym 6-7 days a week.

    That is so inspiring stacy, i dont do keto, all i do exercise and cound calories.
    You give me hope though, because i wish and pray i can lose 35 pounds by August, before i go back to my home country for a visit in September, to Egypt, so i pray i can do it, even if i dont do keto :)

    Well just tried on some size 10s. They zip, they don't fit right but they zip that's a win. I'm not wearing them in public though.
