Tonight, when I get home, I'm going to make pizza for my dinner.
After that, I'm going to have a bowl of ice cream.

If that's bad, I'm going to hell.

    I don't understand your post.

How is it possible to have Pizza & Bad Food spoken together in the same thought?

It makes no sense to me.

    ^ What he said!!!

Just eat the pizza, its only 200kcal a day if you spread the thought of it out over the week .... you could easily exercise that off, or miss out a latte each day .... OR just not worry about it as its only 0.5lbs of fat "assuming" it gets 100% turned into fat

No help from me. I'd say eat the pizza and work it in to your calories or don't and pick back up the next day.

Don't worry. I had the pizza. But I won't say how much.

This is the one I usually use to log pizza from the database, you can weigh out how much you're eating by the gram, since slice sizes vary so much based on the brand anyways.. I'm sure you wont be exact to the T, but its better than not logging it at all and falling off the rocker.

Generic - Pizza (by the Gram)
    Servings: (95g)
    1.0

    Calories 210 Sodium 250 mg
    Total Fat 6 g Potassium 0 mg
    Saturated 4 g Total Carbs 29 g
    Polyunsaturated 0 g Dietary Fiber 1 g
    Monounsaturated 0 g Sugars 2 g
    Trans 0 g Protein 9 g
    Cholesterol 15 mg
    Vitamin A 6% Calcium 18%
    Vitamin C 3% Iron 5%

Get two mini tortillas or english muffins and toast them for a bit in the oven. Then put some marinara sauce on them (I usually season the sauce with some garlic, onion, thyme and chili first), put some mozzerella on that, and then whatever toppings you want, if any. Put it back into the oven until the cheese is melted and a little brown.

It's not a perfect substitute obviously, but it's much easier to fit into your day than the real thing and might help get the monkey off your back a bit.

I get home at about 6 p.m., depending on traffic. The prepping commences immediately.

What happens when you are done dieting? Will you be able to stop at just one then?

There are 2 phases - weight loss and weight maintenance. If you "allow" yourself ALL foods in moderation during weight loss, you can "practice" moderation for when you get to maintenance.

That said - my "tools" for pizza management: 1 meat, thin crust, lots of veggies.....served with a salad. I'm allowed 2 slices (no more).

I love making homemade pizza with turkey pepperoni (75% less fat). A pizza stone gives me a nice crunchy crust with little oil.
