OMG.. today wasn’t a good start!

1,500 calories over my daily limit, such a bad start. :( Well at least now I know how I’ve been piling the weight on! :# Just joined MyFitnessPal today and hoping it’s going to help me on my weight loss journey.
Feel free to add me I could really do with some motivation. <3

    The great thing about a weightloss journey is it’s a journey! Some days will be better than others. Some days will be easier than others! The good thing about tracking your food is you eventually get tired of seeing the red over calorie limit numbers. You’ve got this! Tomorrow is a new day and you will conquer it!
