Hello, everyone!
I'm so excited to be starting my journey today. I would like to lose 140lbs to be at my optimum healthy weight. I was always a chunky girl, but nothing out of control until I experienced a loss in my family that lead to me backing on the pounds. I've stayed at the same weight for a few years now, but I'm done. I feel trapped in this body and immensely uncomfortable with the bulk of fat that has gathered around my thighs, hips, and stomach. I guess today it clicked that only thing keeping me there is myself.
I'm looking to adding more exercise and changing my diet. I've recently become addicted to cycling and look forward to becoming a bit more skilled and cycling farther.
If anyone would like to chat about weight loss goals, diets, or just life in general, hit me up. I'll add everyone.
