Hi I'm stephanie. Any nightshift workers struggling with the eating part? I know I do. Especially when I have to flip my schedule around. Which I dont do to often any more. I'm up all night most days. But I'm looking for people that understand the struggles of night shift and eating. Care to be my friend and we can by supportive of each other.

    Night Shift here. I try not to eat during my 12hr shift. I work Midnight to Noon

    its 4am right now. i have 3 hours to go. i just dont get when im supposed to eat?? whens lunchtime?? lol
