Hello, I've only been on this weight loss Journey past 3 or 4 weeks but I am really new to mfp and just looking for friends who are motivated and getting the weight off to and maybe we can share experiences and support and motivate each other

    I just started today...Doc wants me on a low carb and low cholesterol diet, it's not going to be easy, everything in my pantry has some level of carbs in it...what to do!!! what to do!!

    Yes!! just about everything has carbs I do low carb least I'm trying you just have to find a list of foods that has a small amount to no carbs. I found ideas on Pinterest and YouTube. I'm new to the low carb way and so I'm still finding out what's best myself. they also make low carb and Carb free products which most grocery stores have.
