Are the macors in mfp correct or should I be following something else. I looked on various macro sites and then always have me with higher calories and different macros. Who do you follow?
If it helps I am trying to be 130 max goal 120 by March of next year. I am currently 193 and started at 210 in April of 2018.
Thank you !

prioritize protein ...Eat some fat...and let the others fall in where they fall when you figure out what foods satisfy you3

There are no "correct" macros. Sufficient protein and fat are important, but your overall calorie intake is what really matters.
Other sites are giving you higher calories as they estimate and add the calories burnt during exercise whereas mfp does not.
