Just a quick question. can you minus your calories next day. If you go over the present day with your calories?

You can quick add the number of calories you went over. Then it will subtract them from today's goal.1

I'm not sure what ladyhusker means..:huh:
But if you just want to eat less today because you ate too much yesterday, do that if you want.
I don't like to do that, but some people average out their calories for the week. I just figure I'll move on and eat the regular amount the next day - otherwise I get into a binge/restrict cycle and that is really hard for me to stop. Up/down/try to do the maths. Exhausting. If I over eat for a day or two, it doesn't result in fat gain. I just go back to my set calories the next day.
If I eat over by say 1000 calories, I just accept it and move on.

It took me a minute to figure out what ladyhusker39 was saying, but I think she means to take whatever you were over today and quick add calories tomorrow so that it shows that the two days will average out.1
