Hi everyone!

Have just joined again, (hoprfully for the last time!). I am a mum to a 7 year old and a teacher so do not get time to go to meetings/ groups. Would love to chat to different people on the same journey, to support and motivate.

    I’m also a teacher and mum of a 7 and 3 year old. I’m 37 soon and really want to finally get healthy before I’m 40!
