Hi everyone, im on day 11 of my diet, My daily goal of calories is 1,210 but im finding it hard to stick to that, I had bulimia around 3/4 years ago and the low calories are making me worry about slipping back into old ways. I am finding that im not feeling full on 1,210 even though I eat back the calories from exercising (rougly about 150 extra a day). Would it be beneficial for me to up my daily calorie allowance? thank you!

Yes, it would be beneficial.
What rate of weight loss did you choose in your original set up? The easiest way to adjust is to choose a lower rate of loss.5 -
Hi, thanks for replying, I chose 2lbs per week, ill look at changing the rate of weight loss. Thanks!0

Yes, 2 lbs is the most aggressive rate and really only appropriate for those with the most weight to lose. Choose a less aggressive goal and eat more
For satiety, take a look at your protein, fat, and fiber goals and see if you are typically low on any of them. Those three in some combo usually help people stay full. But getting the right amount of cals is most important!5 -
Change your goal to 1 pound a week loss and you will have much more success as those extra 500 calories will keep you feeling so much less hungry. This is a lifelong journey, not a sprint.5
