Any tips for quick weight loss

Hey. My name is Tyler. I’m 30 and need to loose 60 pounds. If anyone has has any experience loosing large amounts of weight any tips you have for me would be greatly appreciated.

Just enter your stats into MFP, select 1 lb per week as your rate of loss, and eat the calorie allowance MFP gives you. Quicker isn't better.

Yes. Don’t try to do it quickly.
Everything I’ve read suggests that slower rates of loss are better- for many reasons, but I like the reason about it giving you the time to learn about your eating habits and make changes that you can sustain throughout your life.
If you try to do it quickly, you’re more likely to make drastic and restrictive changes that aren’t sustainable long-term. Then you risk gaining some/ all of it back. This is coming from my personal experiences too.
Like Nony Mouse said above, enter your stats into MFP, select a sensible calorie goal (2lb per week isn’t for everyone- for many people it’s less than that), eat the calories you’re given, and watch the weight come off at a rate you are more likely to be able to maintain over time.

Hey Tyler, I'm 33, and was 250lbs 4 months ago. I'm now about 200 lbs, and ~20 lbs away from my goal. There is no quick tip. I began this journey last November, and have given myself a full 12 months to achieve my goals. One day at a time, it is about changing habits and behaviors. There is no quick trick.6
