Hi, could anyone help me please? My exercise is coming up as minus for the day when it’s normally plus.

So most days I do around 11,000 steps and I get (extra calories) today I have done more steps and had around the same amount of calories in as normal.

Have you double checked that your stats are accurate (didn't put a wrong weight in somewhere)?

I have deleted everything and put them in again and it’s still bringing up the same thing

Are you using a fitbit (or similar) linked to MFP and then also putting the steps in as exercise? That would throw the calculations off too.

The image is labeled yesterday. Check that the time zones match for MFP and your activity tracker. Are you on travel in a different time zone?

The time zones were correct. I am using my Apple Watch. I don’t manually enter the steps.

Have you got your settings at very active? That could be a factor.

From the various posts one sees, it is obvious that Apple watches and MFP have more than the occasional adjustment glitch.

The only time exercise has come out as a "plus" for me was when I walked to the crispy creme shop

Something has definitely changed. I have over 17,000 steps today and I have a -3 calorie adjustment. Not right at all.
