Question for everyone. I have my calories set at 1200. I add my exercise separately. So let's say I burned 500 cals. And ate 1200 is that safe? Or should I be eating 1700?

MFP is designed for you to eat back calories earned through exercise. Although, sometimes calories burned can be overstated.

You can eat back your exercise calories but be aware that the calorie burns in the database can be inflated so err on the side of caution and eat say 50-75% back.0
