Who wants to join? No more added sugars!

Hey everyone!
I'm 24 and I REALLY want to upgrade my lifestyle. I'm physically active (ran a marathon last week), but eat A LOT of sugars/sweets/simple carbs...which satisfy me only a few hours and then again I'm hungry. Currently I weigh about 62kg / 136lbs and I'm 1.65m/5"4ft and I would love to lose about 5kgs along the way.

Sooo my masterplan is to eat no more added sugars, just fresh food (still eating some carbs, just less carbs/more complex carbs). Today is my 3rd day without eating any added sugars and I'm starting to get adjusted.

I would love to support and share ideas with like-minded people. Who wants to join me? :)
