Hi Everyone!
I took a little break from MFP to try out mindful eating. I was really determined to eat only when I was hungry and not too much. Unfortunately, this did not necessarily work out as planned. I gained five pounds back and am determined to get back on the MFP train before regaining all of my weight. I am looking for motivation, support and friends! Feel free to friend me!

Eating when hungry didn’t work for me either. By the time I was hungry it was usually too late to keep myself in check.
I found it better to eat to keep from getting hungry. Best example- an 11am apple. It kept me from running off the rails at lunch. Helped.
When losing I ate pretty much by a schedule, 3 meals, 3 snacks. If I got hungry in between, it was only temporary. Made it manageable.2 -
The more threads I read the more "maintenance" looks to be harder than losing. Welcome back!0
