Seriously need some people to help me stay/start/continue on the right track. Or to pull me off the couch, out of bed, away from the wine.

    Motivation might get you started but consistency and patience will keep you going. Focus on making small changes you can stick to.

    They say that waiting for "motivation" to kick in never works...you have to just start "doing" the motivation will follow.

    It takes about two weeks for me to make exercise a habit and after that it is fun. This of course means the wine is a habit and I won't break that one. I am hoping to get my daily running back on track so I can keep the wine habit unchanged. Works for me!
