Exercises with groin injury?

So I recently suffered acute hip tendinitis and a slightly torn groin while practicing taekwondo. I was forced to take time off to let it heal but developed Achilles tendinitis compensating for the injury so I required more time off. Both the hip and Achilles tendinitis have cleared up but my groin is still bothering me. I obviously cannot go back to taekwondo yet but I need to get back to exercising. Whenever I try playing even 5 minutes of soccer, basketball, or other sports my groin gets sore. I'm looking for suggestions of exercises I could try to get my heart rate up without putting strain on my groin. Any and all suggestions are welcome! Thanks in advance.

Boxing? There are some shadowboxing workouts on youtube.
Battle rope, medicine ball, and kettlebell exercises might work, if you have that equipment.
You should be able to do a lot of strength training exercises, including deadlifts. Do you even lift?0 -
Stationary bike? Rowing?0

Had a groin issue earlier this year. Wasn't allowed to do any cardio or leg work. So I ran a upper body lifting program. Depending on what muscles cause the groin injury, exercise will make it worse. Best to sit this one out and see a physical therapist0

Groin injuries are nothing to mess with. There is a reason why Pro athletes who suffer them can be laid up for weeks.
I haven’t read this entire article, but it comes from someone I trust. Might be helpful.

When I had my pelvic stress fracture, my doctor told me I could do stationary bike or pool running. Nothing else. Most especially nothing that was weight bearing.0

Thanks for the replies everyone! I got the flu not too long after posting this (I work in an elementary school as does my girlfriend so A LOT of bugs run through our house) so I wasn't really up to replying. Anyways, I tried a few suggestions and everything aside from walking my dog seems to annoy the injury. I tried some light stretching, and that sucked... Tried my elliptical machine, that wasn't a good idea either. I did do some upper body weights and it was ok but, it's so boring and doesn't get my heart rate up enough for my liking... I've been sitting out for almost 3 months and it's starting to get to me mentally and physically! Anyways, I'm done whinging and thanks again for offering up some ideas!0
