I’m having a hard time finding low carb snack recipes to make. Do y’all have any recommendations?

One of the perks of low carb is that it makes snacks redundant by eliminating the blood sugar spikes.

I like zucchini and carrot and asparagus baked sticks. You can also make zucchini and beet root chips. Just need to cut them, season them, spray some cooking spray, and bake.

Pepperoni chips, cook them in a microwave on top of a paper towel for 5 to 7 minutes.
