    It is definitely a gradual process, but I am really starting to see a difference now. I started out in a snug 18 and now I comfortably wear a size 10 and have a couple size 8's that fit too! ANd an 18-20W shirts...now a medium. Woohoo!!

    Wow, you look great! You totally look younger too! Also, you're such an inspiration, I'm right around the same weights/goals as you and so far I've lost 10 lbs in a month so these pictures really inspire me to keep at it.
