Cracker Barrel FINALLY released a nutrition info PDF on their website. Welcome to 2018. I am going there with my Mom for dinner and found it when I was dealing my calories like drug money.. I mean, pre-logging. And man, I wanted to know but WOW! Thank goodness for the Wholesome Fixins menu.

Welcome!

We're finally getting one where I live. I'm sure some of those meals would be my whole calorie allowance lol.

I went for brunch on Easter, holy cow was it delicious! The plate I chose clocked in at over 1200 calories, totally worth it tho!

I always order from their kids menu when I find myself at Cracker Barrel. They welcome this by labeling it something like "for kids from 1 to 99", which is great. Smaller portions, limited options but cheap & easy!

    Genius!

We have one about 45 minutes north but we always go to the Hoss' steak house instead. I did eat at a Cracker Barrel in I think it was KY or somewhere we went on a trip and it was good.

Cracker Barrel is a restaurant? I thought it was just a kind of cheese

It’s a rest stop type of restaurant.

I always order the grilled chicken tenders. I think that's about the only entree on the menu that's healthy

The rainbow trout is 160 cal per filet and it was really good too!

I'm from the south so Cracker Barrel is basically religion where I'm from.
For me personally, it can be hit or miss. I love southern food but there are better, local places to get the same types of things IMO.

I love me some Cracker Barrel for breakfast. You do find them primarily off of interstates, but there is one near my house that is nowhere near an interstate that we eat breakfast at about once every couple months.

I have never seen a Cracker Barrel. We don't have it in my area.

I get the buttermilk oven fried chicken with cheese grits and fried apples. That all clocks in at 610 calories so fitting it in to the daily calorie allowance is definitely doable. I actually like a lot of things on their lower calorie options as well as anything else there, except for the roast beef... it's amazing.

I love Cracker Barrel! You can eat fairly healthy if you have willpower. I went for the single grilled pork chop, carrots, and cheese grits. Had an unsweet tea and avoided the biscuits (which was hard) so managed not to break the calorie bank :)

Now if I was going full out and ignoring my calorie count, I would do the chicken fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, carrots, and dumplings, with a couple biscuits and apple butter! I am guessing that would all be more calories than I generally consume in one day, but it would be worth it LOL.

    Love the apples
