This is always the hardest part of any new journey, the introduction.

My names Ewan, im 35 from Scotland and i have been battling my weight for close to 10 years now. My lifestyle has always been one of inconvenience rather than abstinence. As a result i developed early onset adult diabetes when I 19.

Fast forward one relationship and gaining nearly 10 stone i was 21 at my heaviest, while i am now approx 16 i still would like to be my ideal weight at least once!
