Scale is not moving !!

Advice for a 42 yr old female . I have lost weight before on the same diet and exercise routine without issue . This time around the scale isn’t moving ? I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong ?? About to throw in the towel

    How 'not moving' is it?
    How often do you record your weight?
    Do you use the "check in" feature of myfitnesspal to record your weight over time?
    If so, tell me, is the line straight or wiggly?

    How long has it been?

    Do weigh the same this time as you did before? Updated your stats & given MFP an updated activity level if different from before? Have you checked your logging (weighing food and using accurate database entries)?

    OP we need more information, how long have you been trying? are you weighing your foods? are you logging every single thing you eat?

    That sucks doesn't it? It gets harder as you get older (don't I know it). In addition to above, any thing going on with the hormones?
