Hey guys my name is crystal. Ever sonce i got out of the USN i have been gaining wieght. I would like to get back down to 155 but am at 175. Anyone willing to help me with my goal

Hi Crystal. I am in the same boat. I have PCOS and I let old habits take over me & I would like to get to 170 for now. Baby steps. I am at 185 right now.

It may seem that 20 lb is a problem to solve but life is a problem to solve, too. Getting to 155 isn't the end of living, so you'll have to learn the skills to maintain your weight for the rest of your life.
Use the food diary to accurately and truthfully record all the food you eat and drink. Everything matters, so log everything.
You'll need a food scale to assure accuracy. Those are cheap and widely available.
You absolutely can eat everything you like, and even only what you like. Just stop eating while still within your calorie budget.
Please be patient. Try to lose no more than 1% of your body weight each week, so 1.5 lb for a target loss is appropriate for you now.
