hi guys
im trying to start a keto lifestyle.
today is day 1
i messed up this morning because i wasn't home to cook, but i plan on staying on track. im currently 277 lbs and my ultimate goal is to loose 100 lbs. my plan is to follow a keto diet plan but if not id like to eat lean food and zero to no sugar.
also i plan to walk at least 2 miles a day till im able to jog a long distance.

Welcome! The good news is that to lose weight, you just have to eat the amount of calories MFP gave you at setup, consistently, for real, and for a long time. Everything else is noise, distraction - at best, it's a big help - at worst, it totally prevents success.2
