One day going over your cals won't make you fat, just like one salad won't make you thin...10

What do you mean, "ruin things?"
My strategy for vacations is to eat what I want. With all the walking at Disney, it works itself out.
My other suggestion is to not be, "that person," who complains about their diet/weight while at Disney.
Everyone is there to have fun and relax and they don't want to hear it - plus you'll be back here posting about how unsupportive your family and friends are - when all they wanted was to enjoy their time with you at Disney.8 -

Ruin things? No. It fattens us up so that the alligators can enjoy eating us.
And then if the gators don't eat us we come home and get back on track and our weight returns to the pre-trip starting point in just a week or so.10 -
If I were to go on any big vacation, I would take that time off MFP. I don't think it will make a huge impact in such a short amount of time. Just go and enjoy yourself. Have the tasty foods and fun treats! When you get back home, pick up on your logging like usual.0
