    Hi Jen..... so glad to see you on here. I have to tell you, that after I got over the seeming "hassle" of figuring out and taking the time to do this every day.... I am so grateful I am doing it. My eating is so much more mindful... and it amazes me how honest I am about the whole thing. Cuz it gets down to it's really between you and yourself. But at least here you get the support of people on the same journey. I truly want to be as healthy as I can and doing this is a tool to help me on my journey. Good luck!!!!
